For digital questionnaires and forms, I use the service Tally (Tally BV), Kroonstraat 7, 2140 Borgerhout, Belgium. When you fill out and submit a form (e.g., a project questionnaire), your responses are securely transmitted and stored on Tally’s servers, which are located in the EU.

Tally acts as a data processor on my behalf. The data you provide will be used exclusively to evaluate your request and initiate pre-contractual communication. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, e.g., by checking a box before submitting the form).
